Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. -
Items must be returned in their original protective packaging. -
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked "Final Sale," "Summer Sale," "Customized," or "Special Order" are not eligible for return. -
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Return Fees:
- Most returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. -
If your return includes any oversized items (e.g., chandeliers, furniture, mirrors), a $50 restocking fee will apply. -
Restocking fees are charged per return, not per item. (For example, returning multiple small items at once will only incur a $10 restocking fee. If you add an extra-large item, the restocking fee becomes $50.)
3. How to initiate a return:
- Please email photos of the item and its condition to Support@ArianaLee.shop
- Our customer service team will review your request.
If approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. -
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your original payment method.
4. What happens to returned items?
Returned items are in like-new condition and can be donated, resold, or repaired.
